I work on spacecraft propulsion. In particular, I study ionic liquid electrospray thrusters, a type of electric propulsion (ion engine) that is expected to enable ultra-compact and high-efficiency propulsion.
I am interested in ion dynamics in ionic liquids, highly concentrated electrolytes, and ionogels, as well as their fluidic understanding.
